1. Agreement
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Keene Growth website and any services provided by Keene Growth Partners (Pty) Ltd ("Keene Growth", "we", "us"). By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
2. The Partnership
The 90-Day Growth Partnership is a three-month engagement at R15,000 per month, payable monthly in advance. The scope of work is agreed in writing at the start of the engagement. Advertising spend, software subscriptions and third-party production costs are excluded unless expressly stated.
3. Applications
Submitting an application does not create a contract or guarantee acceptance. Applications are reviewed for fit, and a partnership begins only once both parties confirm the engagement in writing and capacity is available.
4. Deliverables & Results
We provide senior direction and focused implementation around the highest-priority growth constraint. We do not guarantee specific revenue, lead volumes or profitability, as outcomes depend on your market, budget, offer and sales cycle. Larger builds and specialist production are phased or scoped separately.
5. Intellectual Property
Deliverables created specifically for you become yours on full payment. Keene Growth retains ownership of its underlying methods, frameworks, templates and tools.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during the engagement.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
